The service
Results Studio (“the service”) is operated from the United Kingdom and provided to digital marketing agencies and their clients. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You won’t attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate another party’s rights or applicable law.
Data you connect
You retain ownership of marketing data you connect (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). We process it strictly to provide the dashboards you’ve set up and the related analytics.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend the service for non-payment or breach of these terms.
